Scheduling an appointment
From Monday to Thursday, we offer extended office hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM for your convenience.
Although we are closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you can contact our doctor or a colleague in case of emergency. They are available 24 hours on-call to assist you.
Scheduled appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are also welcome. For walk-in patients, there may be an extended waiting time. If you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
We request you not to bring children other than the patient to the visit.
We will require full payment at the time of service. This keeps costs down by avoiding billing and clerical labor. We accept Personal checks, cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. As part of our commitment to provide the best service to our patients, we file primary and secondary insurance claims at no charge. Nevertheless, please note that an insurance policy is a contract between the patient and the insurance company, not the insurance company and the doctor.
You will be responsible for any deductible or co-payment at the time of service. Our office accepts Medicare assignment. We agree to accept the Medicare-approved amount and will also file the balance you owe with your secondary insurance company.
If your plan requires a primary care physician referral, a referral must be obtained prior to your visit to our office. Please feel free to contact a member of our staff for assistance if you have any questions related to insurance.
